We hadn't book a room and arrived on spec as we had been visiting in the area and decided to spend the night away. Very friendly and helpful staff. They had one room left which was basic but comfortable. At 115 EURO we felt it was maybe a wee bit overpriced. It had a small balcony which looked onto a street and some trees. The bathroom was clean and functional. The best part of the hotel were the public areas which were many. Every floor had seating areas all displaying different art. There is a large outside swimming pool with a grassy area to sit on. There is also a cafe on the ground floor where we had coffee in the morning. The restaurant was amazing. The staff were very friendly and the portions of food were enormous. As a starter, I chose fish soup (which was delicious) and they left the tureen so you could help yourself to however much you wanted. My partner had a plate of ham which was piled high. This was part of a set menu for 20,91 EURO - three course, bread and a bottle of house wine. Very good value. Not the most attractive building from the outside but there was ample parking and definitely a good place to spend the night.

Es recomendable aunque precisa de una reforma. Habitaciones pequeñas pero que tienen de todo, en un entorno maravilloso, rodeado de montes y praderas, al pie de carretera y a unos tres kilómetros de Elizondo. Muchos salones, cafetería buena y restaurante igual. Dos "pegas": la ducha no tenía ni un mísero apoyo para jabones ny esponja y la recepcionista matutina simplemente correcta, la camarera vespertina de la cafetería rozando la insolencia. Tiene una piscina que dará mucho juego en verano. Es el único hotel "serio de la comarca aunque existen muchos hoteles y casas rurales

Het hotel is wat verouderd. Bedden zijn aan de harde kant. Het bad zat niet lekker door een knop in de rug. Personeel is vriendelijk. Ontbijt wat karig. Gratis parkeren voor het hotel. Verder waren de kamers benauwd ondanks het luchten. Restaurant is van 21.00 tot 22.00 open. Het eten was eenvoudig, wel lekker, maar aan de grote kant. Kamers waren wel stil.

La situación del hotel está aprox a 2 km de Eliozondo, no se puede ir andando ya q no hay arcén, por lo q es peligroso cuando se hace oscuro. La comida era de muy baja calidad. La habitación correcta, limpieza bien.

Hotel de arquitectura setentera, con ascensores renovados y todo generalmente bastante cuidado. (Se que hay piscina, pero desconozco el estado ya que hemos estado fuera de la temporada de piscina) Las zonas comunes son abundantes, de camino a la habitación vi un par de salas para poder sentarte a charlar un rato. Todo bastante limpio y mantenido. El personal, pues desgraciadamente desconozco los nombres pero, tanto la señora rubita de recepción como su compañero han sido encantadores desde el momento cero. Y ni que decir tiene que otra señora con el pelo corto de la cafetería nos atendió a las mil maravillas. La habitación, habitación limpia, sin muchos lujos eso si, pero no le falta la TV Plana, carpintería metálica con doble acristalamiento, un balconcito con vistas a una pradera con casitas y una cama cómoda. ¿Que más se puede pedir? ¿Aparcar? El hotel cuenta con una zona exterior de aparcamiento para clientes donde no tendrás ningún problema. En resumen, VOLVERÉ AL BAZTAN Y VOLVERÉ A ESTE HOTEL. Muchas gracias por todo.

Es un hotel antiguo pero bien conservado. El personal es muy amable. Está muy limpio. Los exteriores están bien cuidados. El entorno muy hermoso. A tres pasos del pueblo. Nos gustò más de lo que esperábamos y creemos que la relación calidad/precio le hace ganar. Opción ideal para familias. Aparcamiento gratuito en el exterior. El único inconveniente era que la Wifi no funcionaba bien, tienen que mejorarla.

no tenemos que retroceder a 1970 para imaginarnos como sería este hotel, porque la verdad es que sigue igual. Una desilusión de hotel, que parece que solo abren en determinada época del año y el resto del año ni lo mantienen. Muy caro para lo que te encuentras alli. Limpio eso sí, pero sin aire acondicionado, llaves de metal, etc.. lo que peor encontré es la precio que pagué por cada noche, en un hotel así.

Hotel con habitaciones amplias y piscina, personal muy amable. El mantenimiento y limpieza de las habitaciones es mejorable, hay moho en la ducha, y polvo en elementos decorativos( por ejemplo en flores artificiales)
