Rooms are very very nice and very specious. However the location is really bad and very loud. Street noise and train noise.
Service is bad. I was sitting on the terrace and whenever my drink was empty, I had to go in and ask for another one. Food: can’t comment. Was sitting on the terrace of the restaurant for hours and was not asked a single time if I want to eat, nor did the waiter ask if I want to see the menu. Anyway, dinner cancelling seems to be an good idea. :-)
Breakfast situation: small Italian breakfast was ok.
If you want to get a sense of hospitality, avoid it at any costs, you simply don’t feel welcome.
PS: i stayed only because it was on route of a motorcycle trip and I got caught be heavy rain and I could book via **********. There are much better places around, which I saw later only.

Hotel a conduzione familiare, gestito benissimo. Molto accogliente e caldo. Daniele e Dolores sono stati super. Ci ritornerò presto. Dimenticavo camere pulitissime grandi e cucina eccelle. Voto 10 e lode, sicuramente lo consiglierò a tutti i miei amici.

Ho alloggiato in questo albergo un giorno fa, seguendo mio marito che gestiva uno spettacolo a Gemona, già mi mancano… una accoglienza così non l’ho MAI avuta in nessun albergo e io ne ho visti parecchi… ottimo tutto… ci tornerò perché amo stare in mezzo alla gente cordiale e i friulani in genere lo sono tutti! Grazie mille sono stata BENISSIMO!!!
