Impossible that this is a 4 star anything. There are no amenities with poor to non existent service. The website is flashy but they are totally misrepresenting this ’residence’. It’s essentially a rooming house in a very central location. But there are many others that are central. I would never stay here again nor recommend it. For example, the shower gel came in a small plastic packet that was cheap and awkward to use and they didn’t give us enough for our entire stay. It was impossible to see anyone here. There is no front desk. You need a phone to contact them, so if you’re coming from North America, you better upgrade your plan and buy phone service too. This has been the worst place I’ve stayed in.

Location could not be beat and it's so cool to stay in an old castle! Everything was comfortable. The perfect place for our 24 hours in Genoa!

Really interesting place. Very large room tall ceilings with a fan. My room had two beds but I was a single booking. The place is hard to find not a hotel more like airbnb rental. Lady incharge of check-in knew zero English but the process was simple enough as was check out. Very good value for money but I was in early summer season.

Al terzo piano di questo palazzo gentilizio una stanza enorme, accogliente con due letti doppi, impianto clima ben funzionante, servizi igienici adeguati - baserebbe poco,-istruzioni più chiare -per meritare l'ottimo. Come ormai ovunque d'abitudine, prezzi Pasquali sostenuti

Sulla camera bene, quanto a servizio e pulizia. Purtroppo una sudicissima impalcatura impediva di aprire la finestra. Siamo stati barricati senza'aria e senza vista. E soprattutto senza essere avvertiti prima di questo notevole disservizio .
