We stayed as a family of 3 in one of the newly furnished rooms. The room was done to a high standard and the bathroom was finished to an exceptional standard. 2 teenage boys loved the set out of the toom, the 'mood' lighting, sky sports in the room and huge shower. Clean and tidy and central to both the train, bus stations as well as the city centre. The owners helped us with a number of activities to do with 2 teenage boys and couldn't do enough for us. We will be going back soon and will definitely be staying there again

Great hotel! Friendly staff! Perfectly situated in the heart of the city in close proximity to the train station! Easy to walk and explore the Superbia but also a good hub for day trips to Cinque Terre via Train!

Exceptionally friendly and helpful hotel staff, really made a difference. We had a room with a window overseeing building’s pipes and cables, no daylight - so that’s the only negative, but can work for one night stays, especially that the hotel is in a great location. Would go again, but to a room with a window.

It's a very good hotel, near to the city center,just 3 minutes from the train station.The room was very clean not so big, but renovated and nice decorated. It's 20 minutes walking distance from aquarium that it's the top attraction in Genova.

We stayed here in March 2023. The room had recently been decorated. You had access to a mini bar (very reasonably priced) and a selection of snacks and a kettle and tea/coffee. There was no safe. There were toiletries provided in the bathroom which was very modern. There was a balcony but not easily accessible. The staff on reception were very friendly and even lent us a charger for one of our phones. They recommended a lovely restaurant around the corner which we enjoyed so much - we ate there twice. The hotel was very close to the train station and as such, we took a trip to Portofino which you should definitely do if you have the time. I would stay here again :)

Esperienza fantastica: addetti alla reception super disponibili e gentili, camere pulitissime e ordinate dotate di tutti i comfort ( aria condizionata, televisione, asciugacapelli). Posizione strategica e a due passi dal centro storico. Esperienza da ripete sicuramente…

Posizione ottima, dista solo 18 Min a piedi dal porto antico.Il personale è stato fantastico. Gli addetti alla reception sono stati molto disponibili e hanno risposto a tutte le nostre domande. La camera era pulita e lussuosa. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo alloggiato qui una notte non come turisti ma come due genovesi. Dovevamo prendere un treno importante la mattina dopo e abbiamo deciso di alloggiare in questa struttura data la sua vicinanza alla stazione. Il personale era gentile e disponibile e la stanza era eccellente, soprattutto per il prezzo, pulitissima e con arredi moderni e nuovi. La stanza era rifornita di vari snack e bibite. Inoltre la posizione della struttura è assolutamente ottimale, vicinissima alla stazione e nel perfetto centro di Genova. Consigliatissimo.

Sono stato presso l’hotel fiume con la famiglia Fabrizio ci ha accolti con simpatia, la posizione è strategica con la possibilità di un parcheggio coperto a 100 metri di distanza e la stanza moderna ed accogliente. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto buono. Consiglio vivamente.
