Booked for three nights. First check in to room 138. After checking in, we found that there was no hot water. 4:49pm Sent a message to the hotel’s WhatsApp, and they replied saying I had to turn on the heater switch ,wait 10 minutes .So we waited for two hours. Still no hot water and the TV has no connection. So I sent another message at 7:49pm, but the hotel did not respond at all until I send another message again at 8:27pm. A few minutes later, they replied that the road was closed due to Vesak Day (Buddha's Birthday) the staff will take some time to come. After some negotiations, at 8:42 the hotel proposed to move to room 104. So we packed up our belongings and moved to Room 104. Unexpectedly ,when the hot water in Room 140 was turned on, the shower hose melted . The hot water scalded the hands and below the waist. So send another message again, reply and say that they would send staff over in half an hour. It's already 11 o'clock at night.
The hotel reception opening hours are stated to be from 07:00 to 24:00. But the door is always locked. The entire process must be communicated via WhatsApp. Whether or not there is a reply and how long it takes is purely a matter of luck.
I have never come across such an unreliable hotel.
