Hotel Ajana

The hotel has a great rating and photos on *********** Apparently all those reviews were fake. It’s not even a hotel, this place can be $5 daily hostel. Nothing is working properly like Wi-Fi and water systems. There is no facility in the room, l asked them slippers and they brought me used dirty slippers. When I refused to use them they told us they don’t have slippers or toothpaste. Their description said they have all the facilities which they don’t

Nice Hotel very well run by montenegrean family. Wonderful Service shame we stayed only for 1 night. We arrived just before midnight and needed something to eat but every where was close at this time. But the gentleman at the reception very kindly organized some Pizza. The room was super spacious and very clean. The Breakfast was also variative and well prepared by the Family mama. I definitely recomended 100％. I booked and payed for a room trough ********** in hotel Ajana ,Ulcinj,Monte*****.4 weeks later I set of from Bosnia to hotel Ajana in Monte***** ,journey is 8 hours by car.On my way to the hotel, manager of the hotel Ajana called me and told me that my room is not longer available .I told him that I booked and payed for the room month ago ,he told me ********** didn't informed him about my booking.I arrived in the resort and payed for another hotel and went to hotel Ajana and asked manager for refund of €700 .He said that I have to go through ********** ,I called a ********** and they told me that he will have to give me refund.I went back in the hotel andb asked him again for refund he promised that he will send refund trough **********.Over 2 months later I still haven't received my refund.I am extremely disappointed with a manager ,I believe right from the beginning he was telling me lies. Please ,don't go to this hotel!

Pictures are deceiving this place is NOTHING like the pictures. The rooms are filthy, there is no daily housekeeping, no daily towels replaced, the owner is a liar an inexcusable human being. The "pool" is a plastic tub, along with its "jacuzzi" thats filled with yellow water. don't stay here , BUYER BE AWARE. Honesty i can go on and on about this roach motel and how devious and deceiving the property is along with its owner.

Hotel is definitelly not 4*. Its more like good motel. But price at same us adequate. Cleaning should be impoved: * Was trash from previous guest in bin. * foot tovel was on floor and looks like used already.

We canceled the reservation, since it is impossible to live in such conditions, this is a real deception, paid more than 500 euros, the owner promised to return, but did not return anything! The rooms we had booked were NOT like in the description of them. To begin with, the total area of the rooms was much smaller. The Hotel Ajana considers those rooms which we got to be 30 and 35 square meters, but in fact they are much smaller. The description of the rooms has information about the kitchen and living (dining) area. In fact, It was a shared kitchen in the corridor with access for the whole building, which is very important in case of the COVID-19 to have a private kitchen, which we did not get. 2) The balcony door glass was broken and the shower door was broken. 3) We were settled into another building, not like in the picture of the hotel webpage on booking. We were settled in another building behind the main one. 4) The shower was moldy inside and there were someone's hairs on the surfaces in one of the bathrooms. There were no lightbulbs in the bedside lamps in one of the rooms. The wallpapers were with holes and the garden view was on the wasteland with the elements of a garbage pail with old tyres. No dining table, no microwave, we did not have any chairs in the room, no coffee machine or kettle. 5) There was no elevator for my old grandfather to avoid stairway, because of pain in knee, but when I was looking for the place to stay, I filtered the elevator on booking, and in screenshot there is information about elevator. To sum up, I would like to say that after we understood that rooms are not like in the description we asked the manager to change the rooms. We said that maybe the manager was mistaken, but the personnel showed us the economy rooms, which were like ours, but without a balcony. In fact those rooms are without sun in the room, there is a wall instead of 'view'. After my speech about the difference between the description and the true situation in our rooms, the hotel manager shouted at me that we can pack our belongings and leave with a refund.

We booked a 50m² "suite" with kitchen and equipment, including a washing machine. We were brought to a small room without kitchen or any of the promised equipment. When we asked for a room that fits what we booked (and paid for in advance through ***********), we were told there was none and we were offered no compensation. The dishonest manager told us to leave and we had to book in emergency another hotel for me and my family. I'm still waiting for a refund to this day because he is lying and pretending that we actually stayed there. Never trust this hotel! When we passed by, the water in the swimming pool was green, nobody dared to swim. When looking at other comments I see that this happened to many people alreay and *********** is doing nothing about it!
