Embassy Suites by Hilton Los Angeles Glendale

Hotel was nice. Room is slightly different than what I thought it going to be. But it’s ok.

I stayed at the hotel couple of times but last night was horrible. They checked me in after 45 minutes and the front desk agent was arguing with me about. Not professional at all! Horrible service. Will never back there again! PS. Supervisor wasn’t professional as well . The incident happened on February 3d approximately 10pm Horrible survives

From the front desk to the wait staff, everyone was super nice and helpful. Happy hour with complimentary drinks and snacks was the perfect end to each evening. Breakfast both mornings was delicious as well.

Although it appears a little dated this place was nice and roomy and we felt very safe in our stay there. It was also super quiet inside the rooms. The only thing I did not like was that the rooms were a little dark. They could use more lighting especially when we are applying make up! :)

Our stay was excellent!! The staff was amazing, from front desk, night reception, breakfast area! We loved the complimentary breakfast, so much to choose from! The pool was warm to use in the winter! The complimentary evening reception was a nice touch after a long day with the kids! Location is fantastic close to lots of food and shopping! We will definitely be back!

The best part about this hotel is the breakfast. The room was dingy and dark. The bathtub faucet dripped and the drain had a ring of rust. All the paint in the room and along the floor of the hallway was chipped at every corner. I felt nickled And dimed by the parking and WiFi costs and the lack of housekeeping. You can tell management is cutting corners.

It was a great stay. The staff was super kind and polite. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. The bathroom has big shampoo, conditioner and soap attached to the wall. Super convenient.

Excellent property with great amenities. Who can beat free breakfast and a free cocktail hour everyday? Will definitely stay again.
