I would not stay here again noise from outside was horrible and there was no parking had to pay more as had to use multi storey next to travel lodge

Great location for this hotel, very clean great local info from reception staff Ian and Anisa who were very welcoming, good variety for breakfast, would definitely stay again

Lovely location for Gloucester Quays and restaurants room spot on travel lodge beds so comfy staff very polite and helpful. Nice to have a discount voucher for the car park right next door would stay again.

Stayed here few times. Great hotel. Got to know few staff now by names instead of just faces. Anca and Karen happy as always. Rooms very clean as is the hotel itself.

The lady and man (Ian) on front desk very nice and helpful when I came to check in. Vending machines available, hangers in room. Large beds. Towel, Clean room, lots of channels on the tv. Cheap and fast wifi , Extra pillows already in the room if needed.

A good clean modern hotel. Helpful reception and good breakfast. Room ticks all boxes. Had a good sleep but was lucky as corridors were noiseboxes. Adjacent car park at discounted rate is convenient and good value. Security could be better as lift from ground bypasses reception and so relies on each floors card swipe door having shut.

Tom who checked us in and welcomed us also sorted our meal and drinks. What an attentive and friendly person. The check in was fast and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. The meal was good and the service was great. A good evening Thank you Tom

Good location. Air con hasnt been working for months. ‘If you are cold use the fan heater if you are warm open the window’! Had to share hairdryer with 2 other rooms

I stayed for 1 night with my mum and overall had a pleasant stay. We arrived to Gloucester by coach and the hotel was easy to find. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The room can be a bit noisy, especially if it's on the side with the street, but during (a week) night it was decent and we slept well. It's close to the Quays with loads of options to eat and just a 15-20 min walk to city centre. Didn't score max because our heating in the room was broken and the plug in radiator didn't help by much
