Currently still staying at this hotel but had to write a review to deter people from spending their money here if possible. We’re here for a week on the all-inclusive package and it genuinely isn’t worth what they are charging. You have a minimal choice of drinks and all I’ve eaten since arriving is a small bowl of soup. They do not cater for vegetarians (or anybody with dietary requirements and allergies I imagine) well at all with little to no options when they’re putting a set menu in place. We have notified the reception that our safe doesn’t work and was promised somebody would arrive to fix it within ten minutes. We’re now sat here, two hours later, and still nobody has turned up. Additionally, the air conditioning doesn’t work and appears to possibly be controlled by the hotel by some means. You are constantly joined by friends in the way of ants in your room, which can get cosy. Generally, the staff couldn’t care less if they tried. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself and the surroundings are beautiful, but I can see the way that it is managed running the place into the ground.
