工布江達本來就是一個很小的縣城，沒有太多的酒店可以選擇，為了趕時間，到達的時候已經晚上十點多了吧，第二天説睡個懶覺，結果十一點的時候停電了，沒有任何通知，停電後也沒有人來解釋一下，還要自己打電話到前台問，後來才知道是地區性的停電，摸黑洗了澡，退房走人。
