здравствуйте, сегодня я поделюсь с вами отзывом о посещении отеля «Мартон Вилла Дона» в городе Ростов-на-Дону. Начнем : •) антисанитария. Я приложу фотографии к отзыву, можете посмотреть. Подоконник грязный, полотенца тоже. не думаю, что что-то до меня тут обрабатывалось. стены тоже грязные(на минуточку, это в душе), постельное белье в черных катушках, также нашли черный волос(я блондинка ) ПОД БЕЛЬЕМ нашли вот такую штучку от ШПРИЦА (фото тоже прилагаю)!! слов нет, одни эмоции!! •) при заселении я не обнаружила ни одноразовых средств личной гигиены, абсолютно никаких, кроме вот такого дозатора с мылом у раковины (фото тоже прилагаю) . ни зубных щеток с пастами, ни одноразовых средств личной гигиены, абсолютно никаких, кроме вот такого дозатора с мылом у раковины (фото тоже прилагаю) . ни зубных щеток с пастами, ни геля для душа - ничего. •) техника. ужасно шумел неисправный унитаз, просыпалась ночью раза 3 от ощущения, что у меня уже по мозгам вода капает (( •) недействительность с картинкой. бри бронировании номера увидела одно, при заселении - немного другое. Как бы я не хотела, но положительного отзыва оставить не могу. бронировала номер тарифа ДЕ ЛЮКС, а от него только одно названия. были большие ожидания. я часто путешествую по россии и была в самых разных номерах, но вот этот меня удивил больше всего. куда обращаться за возвратом средств пока не поняла, но думаю, резберусь
