Отель соответствует своему уровню, единственная трудность это логистика из-за больших размеров. Очень запутано и много времени на переходы ( номер- ресторан- - море - тенис…)

I would like to thank the Rixos World Class Team, namely Angelina, Eleonora, Obi, Gregory for their professionalism. Kangoo jumping and sup absolute love. In general, activity suits tastes, everyone will find something to do. Special thanks to the Receptionist Abdul, who listened to us, took into account our wishes and found a wonderful room in the new building. If you are coming to find fault with the food, with outdated rooms, then this is not the place for you. we come for the positive. We will definitely be back in May.

I informed hotel Rixos in advance of my visit and asked a number of questions in the letter. I was answered very quickly and all wishes were taken into account. 👌 For what a special thanks to ms. Gunay Altun. We arrived early in the morning, the transfer was decent. At reception we were quickly checked in and invited to breakfast. After breakfast we were given a room. Not at 2pm but much earlier. This is the right attitude of the hotel to its guests🌼 This is not the first time we are guests of Rixos chain. And we are grateful to the management that for 20 years you keep good quality.👏🏻 Our room is located in a quiet part of the new buildings. Nice quiet Teritorium. We will probably ask for this building next time. At Sungate, the World Class instructors are wonderful. Attentive and demanding they will teach you during group classes yoga, jumps, and much more. The food is pleasant. Cleanliness in the room is normal. A la carte restaurants I recommend definitely.🫶🏻 If there will be questions ready to answer 🙂. Including about the bar, where you will prepare the most delicious drinks😉😁. I recommend this hotel ☀️☀️☀️

The hotel really so nice actually we like and come Rixos Sungate.. restaurant also very successful.. our rooms is everyday clean. I want also tell about world class.. coach is very successful.. they have a lot active about adult and about kids.. Rixos sungate is our first choice for the vacations, it is very well designed and comfortable for each family member. We had dinner experiences at Bloom, Diamond club and Mandarin restaurants, all were delicious but especially bloom has very elegant atmosphere and great dishes. Rixy club team were very successful (special thanks to Eylem). We stayed at Diamond club and thanks to great hospitality (special thanks to Melisa hn)

This hotel has the best staff,they literally make the hotel,their kindness,helpfulness and great attitudes to make you holiday special don’t go un noticed.The guest relations manager Cihan Hakyemez is amazing at his job,he is a credit to the Rixos brand and should be recognised for this! The bar staff at the Marina pool are the best they make the most amazing drinks and are always smiling and happy to serve you,Maulla does the best treatments at the spa I had to go back and bloom restaurant is the best there! The food is of high quality and presentation is outstanding you definitely have to try if staying here.

A child friendly hotel. I would like to thank the entire Rixos Sungate family for helping us have a wonderful holiday with my 3-year-old son and sister. Although Rixos Sungate, which has a very large area, was very crowded due to the holiday, we had no problems in terms of cleanliness. The food was also very delicious and diverse. We are so excited for the next trip! :)

Merhaba öncelikle bugün çıkış yaptım oda numaram 1310…2017 senesinde konaklama sağlamıştık eşimle şimdi çocuğumuzla birlikte deneyimledik Rixsos kalitesinden ödün vermemiş her alanda aktivite mevcut Rixy club eklenmiş çokta iyi düşünülmüş tebrikler👏 yemekler ***et güzel odalar gerçekten temiz katımızda bulunan soy adına dikkat edemedim üzgünüm Gülseren hanım h/k departmanında güler yüzlü bar bölümünde Burak günlerdi sanırım yani inanmak çok zor 2 günümüzde aynı içecek mi efendim diye sordu😁 muhteşem ilgi yetişkin havuzunda şenjongla ilgili sıkıntı yaşadık ve otel yetkilisinden destek istedik çok kısa bir sürede misafir ilişkilerinden cihan bey profesyonelliğiyle duruma hemen müdahale edip artı şenjong sağladı. Ve bizi çok mutlu etti karşılaştığımız her anda tatilimizin nasıl geçtiğini sordu.
