Good one place with good food, really nice room service. It has live music every evening, a lot of entertainment during the whole day so you will not get bored for sure. So pleasurable spa place with 46 types of massages. On the area also located a lot of pools with fresh and clean water and the huuuge aqua park. All employees are so loyal for all ages, so you will enjoy it with your children and if you come here to warm your bones on the beach. Also! Beach is amazing too. Clean shore, soft sand and also a lot of water funs. You even can get here international diving license. At bar you can get a lot of cocktails and if they don’t have it on their menu they will listen to you and create what you want. And on this area also located small cute zoo of what they are taking care so good. Million of cute kitties on the whole cat and they are clean, kind to people and children.

Nice night shows, good food, alot daily activites,has a wonderful view to the sea and mountains! We met a lot of good people and we met Deniz who we became good friends with. Very fun and outgoing animator. I would definetlyn recommend! Will be back for sure!

We really liked the hotel. The food was excellent and the people were really friendly. Especially Deniz, who we became good friends with! Would definetly recommend this to other people. It is really good vacation place for family because of a lot of activities for children.

One of the best hotels i’ever been, i’d like to mention the size of the beach, evening shows are awesome and interesting, about animation: i liked the way they do their job, they never let you stay bored, thanks for every employees, i’ll surely come back.

Very good hotel , frendly staff , good food , the spa was amazing George is the man.. very clean , I would recommend to friends and family , very good bar service , great for kids lots of good activities i would definitely come back .. maybe next year

Eylülün ilk haftası arkadaşlarımızla gittik, otelin eski olduğunu biliyorduk ama gidip görünce yine de bir hayal kırıklığı oldu eski binalardan arkadaşlarımıza zemin kat, bize de ikinci katta oda verildi. Arkadaşlarımız rutubet kokusundan duramadıkları için odaları değiştirildi, yeni binalara yerleştirildiler.Otel insiyatifine bağlı olarak; grup olarak gelmişken bize de aynı jesti yapılabilirlerdi.Onun haricinde bir olumsuz olarak koca otelde bir tane havuz var ve yetersiz çok küçüktü. Temizliğinden de şüpheliyim grupca alerji olduk.Barmenler çok yetersizdi.Tadını ve adını bildiğimiz hiçbir şeyi keyifli içemedik.her şey var ama bir araya getirecek bilgili birisi yoktu. Olumlu yanlarına gelicek olursak yemekler gerçekten çok lezzetli, beklentimizin üzerindeydi ve bol çeşit vardı.Aktivite alanları çok geniş bir dakikamız boş geçmedi diyebilirim.Deniz çok güzeldi, plajı tamamen kum.Birkaç olumsuzluk hariç keyifli bir tatildi diyebilirim.Biz oradayken Ozan doğulu otele geldi çok güzel bir akşamdı.

Firstly the staff are brilliant. A special thanks to Osman at the pier cabanas he was amazing. The setting with the mountain backdrop is spectacular and the whole hotel is clean. The food in the snack type bars is good and cooked to order eg the beach restaurant and the burger bar but the main restaurant is full of flies which are on the food, on the tables and buzzing round all the time which is a shame. The rooms are basic but clean but the beds are really hard and uncomfortable not good for a good night’s sleep. The pier where the cabanas are is supposed to be private but there was a constant stream of people heading to the deck to jump into the sea or used the showers - if something is billed as private make it so. There was a sign at the entrance to the pier but it was totally ignored. The kids enjoyed the pool and the water slides and the ice cream was also a big hit.

Transferred here from another hotel, what a find!! The staff at this hotel are the best I’ve ever encountered, they truly cannot do enough to make your stay perfect. Entertainment is non stop, you can never claim to be bored. The night shows are great too. Food is exceptional quality, just missing an omelette chef 😊. Rooms are old but very functional and whole hotel is spotless clean… I thoroughly recommend this hotel and hope to be back soon.

First of all I would like to thank all the professional staff at the crystal flora resort mainly Mr. Ibrahim and Mr. Ilhan for their great follow up, they did their best to make us feel great during our vacation. all the staff were very friendly and helpful. One of the best resort I have stayed. The location of the resort is amazing with great views; the hotel is on the beach directly in one side and on the other side a beautiful mountains with big open areas of gardens. The resort is suitable for families, a lot of activities for both adults and kids. food is served 24 hours as well as drinks, you can find food and drinks everywhere, In addition to the main restaurant; you can find food and drinks around pools and on the beach. A long beach front , serval swimming pools with multiple slides. The entertainment team are always around to help you out with anything you need! And always smiling. special thanks to Mr. Fehmi from the entertainment staff The rooms are clean and renovated and everyday filled with different kinds of drinks. We Highly recommend this amazing hotel. we really enjoyed our stay there and will visit again.
