After spending 8 nights, we asked for a late checkout. We were told that it wouldn’t be possible, not even by an hour. While I understand the importance of turning rooms over especially when fully booked, not every room would be serviced at exactly 11:00AM. For a guest who has given you 8 nights of hotel revenue, an hour exception would have been more than reasonable. An extra hour would have helped us so much. The male Asian clerk at reception couldn’t be more bored or cared less. After pleading with him, the supervisor in the back said we could use the gym/sauna after checkout. This was not helpful as we needed the extra hour for scheduling conflicts. That extra hour has cost you ALL of our future business. We will NEVER stay at your hotel again, or recommend your hotel for the annual hockey tournament.
