You will get more than what you pay for.
Pros.
1. Cheap
2. Location
3. Clean
4. Big room
5. Mini Fridge and kitchen in the room.
6. Cooking utensils and cutlery are also present.
7. Clean Linens.
Cons.
1. Old building.
2. No AC or Fan.
3. Noise level is high due to location.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is perfect, close to restaurants and local attractions. The apartment was spotless and well equipped with everything we needed. The host was very friendly and attentive which made our experience even better. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for comfortable and convenient accommodation in this area. Great location close to bus station and beach / promenade.
Kitchenette was a bonus as we could have breakfast and hot drinks in the room.
Fantastic value fir mibey.
Helpful staff.
A little dated and worn, especially the shower cubicle.

The location is fantastic. Only €2.95 for the bus from the airport and a 5 minute walk from the station. The long beach is under 10 min walk with so many restaurants. Las Palmas is so cheap and safe for a lone traveller. Within walking distance to many cultural / art galleries. There is a massive shopping centre at the end of the promenade if that`s what you`re into to.
Easy access in and out of the apartments with keys provided. Fridge, freezer and xclnt free wifi. Friendly cleaners offering clean towels etc (daily I think.)
Didn`t bother with the tv so I don`t know. I found the studio clean and comfortable. I would stay again because of the location.
