As always I have a great stay at the Senator I managed some work, a meeting and some sightseeing. I will stay again in 3 weeks!

Het zou een perfect hotel kunnen zijn: mooie en schone kamer en dicht bij het OV naar stad en bus-en treinstations.
Echter deze klant (66) werd behandeld als een ondeugend kind. Vroeg bij het inchecken om ontbijtmogelijkheden. E 14 buffet of minder en goedkoper in de cafetaria. De volgende ochtend bleek het ontbijt E 16 te zijn. Vroeg om verklaring: E 14 bleek bij reserveren bij receptie te zijn. Dus naar receptie. De dienstdoende heer zei dat E 14 alleen was als ik dat bij het inchecken had aangegeven. Maar dat wist ik, dat had ik de dag daarvoor gehoord, vervolgde hij beschuldigend. Niet conform de waarheid, niet beleefd en niet klantvriendelijk. Ik wens niet voor leugenaar uitgemaakt te worden. Ik ontbeet dus een keer voor E 16 en vervolgens bij gelegenheden buiten het hotel, waar ik wel als klant werd gewaardeerd. Het personeel is vriendelijk (wel is de beheersing van het Engels zeer beperkt), gedrag als bovenstaand moet dus door het beleid van het management komen die de beleving van de klant niet centraal stelt.

Das Hotel befindet sich in einer parkplatzfreien Zone, so dass man nicht umhin kommt, für 18 Euro einen Tiefgaragenplatz zu mieten. Die Tiefgarage funktioniert mit einem Aufzug, der bei der Ankunft ferngesteuert wurde. Das Auto ist nur verzögert verfügbar, da eventuell andere Gäste den Aufzug nutzen.
Die Innenarchitektur war ansprechend, die Zimmer sehr klein.
Ich hatte ein Twinbed, das logischerweise auch winzig war.
