Hotel was generally nice enough, although room wasn't in great condition. The spa/health care suite was closed for two days out of our stay due a staff member being off on holiday, but we wanted to use the facilities, so this was disappointing. breakfast was ok although hot drinks were not nice.

Тараканы!!! Мы жили в номере 3518 с 2 спальнями с видом на океан. Номер старый, мебель старая. В первый вечер из кухонного шкафа выполнен огромный таракан. Мы его убили. У детей был стресс, ночь не спали. На следующий вечер увидели на кухне нового огромного таракана. Таракан убежал. На третий вечер таракан выбежал, когда мы вечером смотрели телевизор и ужинали. Это был стресс. Опять не спали. Жаловались на рецепцию, ругались, писали в поддержку Trip.com. Отель отказывался нас выселять и возвращать деньги. В итоге удалось уехать от них. Из 9 оплаченных ночей, Отель взял с нас за 4 ночи проживания (без сна и в стрессе) и штраф за сутки. Деньги вернули за 4 ночи из 9.
Не рекомендую этот отель.

除了蟑螂和小蟲子還有蜘蛛網，馬桶時不時的漏水，退房前一天浴室還水漫金山，因為帶孩子出行選了帶廚房的公寓，3天打掃一次，不會放足夠的垃圾袋和用品，客房服務是24小時的，總的來説不太滿意。

The hotel is pretty basic, but for the price seemed decent enough. The staff are lovely. The big issue was the bed. Very uncomfortable. If the sun lounger is more comfortable, it's not great. I'll swerve this place next time.

A few cockroaches found in the room. There are gaps under the door so a sill should be installed which would at least stop them from coming in from outside. Although the furniture is dated the room and balcony was large and comfortable

Check in very lazy and I’ll organised having arrived early and pre advised I’d be arriving early, said would get a call when room ready, 7 hrs later no call reception checking in others who had not been waiting as long.
Poor location Appt on ground floor location with people looking in our windows. As a founding Hollywood Mirage timeshare owner, and visit resort at least once a year, we will seek alternative venues for additional nights bookings.

The pictures of the hotel rooms were probably taken years ago. The furniture is outdated, especially in the downstairs area of the apartments. Maintenance needs to be approved.
However the experience as a whole is good, food was wonderful, wide choices available, very tasty, the pool areas are wonderful, employees are very friendly and helpful, prices are good, there is a grocery shop in the facility with good prices and wide variety of goods.
