the waterslide and hot tub at the place has been out of service permanently and has been for over a year. ******* knows this but refuses to take it off of the hotel's add. took the kids to Dave and Busters, rented 2 rooms one for us and one for them.. big let down with the hot tub and slide.

My husband I and stayed at this hotel 7 years ago and came back now with our family. The experience we had with the staff is amazing! Very kind, helpful and just such a great experience.
However the lower mark comes from the fact that in house items for sale are really expensive and the water doesn’t heat up for a bit. Overall though a great experience and it comes down to the amazing staff that make it such a great one.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Delta Hotel. We were there for my father's funeral. Was originally at another hotel which turned into a nightmare. Moved to Delta and every employee we encountered was personable, professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable which is a rare find in a hotel.

Some of the fixtures have been updated, but the hallway carpets were gross. Same in the rooms. The thermostat read low battery and error. Thankfully, we were able to control the unit on the register itself. One bath towel for both of us. Breakfast was overpriced and convenience store style. We won't stay there again.
