Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Location is a lonely corner on the way to the port area. Restaurant was open very late even on a Sunday, and had a good offering on the menu. Room was spacious and clean. Only issue was a smell coming from the bathroom, which seemed to be caused by the water not flowing through the pipes recently. The smell largely disappeared after the morning shower. A very fairly-priced and friendly neighborhood-oriented property with inexpensive parking options.

Doesn’t look great from the outside but the staff and the room were great.
The restaurant looks basic but again the staff were great, the food was tasty and the prices extremely reasonable.

Passing through Castellon, we find this simple but very clean and recently renovated hotel (our room looked like it belonged in a higher category hotel). The receptionist who is also the owner kindly offered us the double room for €50 with private indoor parking (included in the price). Prices will probably vary according to the season, as they should, but based on our personal experience we can only give 5 stars for the value for money.

More by chance, and luckily, we found this hotel. It was May long weekend and everything was full. Difficult to find accommodation. There were several relatives who met in Castellón due to a tragic marriage. At all times they have treated us very well. The hotel could easily have 3***, not just 1. The service-quality-price ratio is as it should be. The rooms are small, but renovated. Very professional and personal service. In the hotel restaurant you eat very well at a very reasonable price. It is a hotel that can be recommended without the slightest doubt.

We booked 3 months ago. We had specified that we would be accompanied by a small dog. No problem. When we arrived, no problem either. The next morning another person at reception who kicked us out altogether. Still asking us if we would like to have breakfast. We declined.
