Apartamentos Pantebre 3000

Would’ve given 0 stars if I could’ve. Absolutely shocking service and facilities! Paid £1600 for 7 night stay for a studio apar**ent with mountain view. On arrival we were asked to queue for nearly 2 hours on the stairs behind their office doors to check in. Once we finally get to the appoin**ent we realised that there was no pillowcases, only 2 sheets to shear between family of 4, no duvet covers and not enough towels for all of us. No cot bed provided for our 1 year old either. The apar**ent we were given had windows facing an other apar**ents rather than mountains. The place was very poorly maintained, mould on bathroom sealing and broken furniture. We were promised a compensation to make up for the stress our family got put trough, however they actually never honoured it. Absolutely shocking!!!

I was disappointed the property had two bedrooms, kitchen/ lounge it was advertised to sleep 6, but the facilities was very poor, The cooking utilities was very poor as not enough

I wasn't given an apar**ent key code when I picked up the key (in an office 500m uphill with limited hours). So I had to wait for neighbors to let me in or annoy them by ringing every apar**ent at the building. (I wouldn’t have to have done that if I was given a keycode initially). Check in took 25 minutes of waiting around, so please consider using the bathroom and having a snack before you check in. Apar**ent had no wifi. I’d be better off at the Hotel Cal Ruiz.
