This is a lovely hotel with stunning pool area, an excellent chef/kitchen and a staff that makes you sad to leave. Without being obtrusive they were always there to make sure you had whatever you might like. The hotel also has a top notch bake shop, sushi restarant, comfortable bars in 3 locations, spa, gym...

There for business. Had some great service from two employees, Tanya at the front desk, and Arriana at the bakery. They had the can-do attitude and the Manager whose name I believe was Christina? When I asked for an electric kettle she had one sent up to my room ASAP. She definitely has some other challenges with much of her staff understanding what travelers desire for customer service. A few mentioned above get it, but many of the other servers, wait staff, seem more interested to talk to each other than to take care of the customers. Would I stay there again for business, yes, as it was reasonably priced, but unfortunately, I would not choose to stay there if I was footing the bill on a vacation.

Well first of all i tried to change my stay for the following weekend, i couldn't
Upon arriving the key for the room wasn't functioning, everytime we step out we have to check at the desk for someone to let us in and had to wait for them to come.
Main shower head wasn't working properly
We went numerous times to ask for a another room but never gotten one.
We were very stress out and disappointing because we came to my step dad's funeral and needed a couple of days to get ourselves together. This wasn't our first visit at the resort. We wasn't happy. Very disappointing
