We arrived late at 11pm, They are very nice to give us instruction by email, even tape a small vedio to guide us checkin. When we come, surpriae to find they are still waiting for us

There were bugs in our bed, pee stains on our mattress, unclean toilets and towels, and hair in our sheets. The front desk originally refused to help, and then gave us one set of sheets to put on ourselves.

It's a budget hotel - this would be perfectly fine if the price had also been budget but we were charged 130 euros for one night. Yes, it was the busy season in the summer but this is no reason to squeeze every last penny out of us. If we had paid 80, that would have been quite high though reasonable given the season. The wifi didn't work (one bar signal in the room). The bed was two singles pushed together, old lumpy mattresses. The breakfast brioche and cake was literally the worst processed junk I've ever tasted. Positives are that it is very clean and the staff very friendly and efficient. I say to the owners: Next time, please consider if it is really worth charging such an exorbitant price.

Cogimos una habitación para 4 ( con dos zonas separadas, en un lado una cama matrimonio amplia y en el otro litera. ) Es un hotel sencillo, que considero que tiene una muy buena relación calidad precio. Es un hotel de paso, tened en cuenta eso, pero tiene todo lo necesario. Además en el precio se incluía el desayuno, que por cierto era buenísimo. Los recepcionistas fueron muy amables y todo estaba muy limpio. No tengo ninguna queja y repetiría sin dudarlo. Está al lado de una gasolinera y muy cerca en coche de Grosseto.

Ho soggiornato 2 notti per un incontro di lavoro con colleghi. Devo dire che ci siamo tutti trovati bene, camere pulite, ampie e luminose. Ottima la prima colazione, servizio attento e premuroso. Posizione strategica alle porte della città, comodissimo sia per il centro che per visite ed escursioni al mare o al vicino parco dell'uccellina. Assolutamente consigliato.

Uno schifo del genere non l’avevo mai Provato, acqua gialla che esce dai rubinetti, colazione imbarazzante con dolci duri come le pietre quindi vecchi macchina del succo che erogava un liquido strano giallastro ( ho preso ace) oltretutto personale maleducato arrogante e impreparato

Personale gentile e disponibile. Colazione molto varia con un'ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. Ho cenato nel ristorante, devo dire ottimo! Parcheggio enorme. L'hotel è molto vicino al centro e a ogni servizio. consiglio

Ottima posizione per chi come noi ha fatto una sosta da un viaggio lungo
Dotato di Parcheggio proprio di fronte Hotel . Colazione ottima sia dolce che salata. Unico handicap l albergo non è dotato di ascensore. Nei paraggi pochi ristoranti aperti. Abbiamo mangiato al Yellow ottimo qualità prezzo
