The hotel is great. The young lady at the front desk gave a small gift when checking in at the front desk. The room was very clean and spacious. Slippers were needed on the way. The aunt in the room delivered it quickly and was very enthusiastic. It is recommended and will come again next time.

毛巾是真的粗糙，不敢用。因為靠近路邊，晚上車輛的聲音轟隆轟隆的也是很吵，睡眠比較敏感的人並不推薦這裏。
還有一個是，住過這麼多酒店，這裏的廁所隔板還真是令人驚訝，下邊和上邊都是透明的，有人坐馬桶上不遮一下都能看得清楚，真的很不理解這個設計的作用，和親人一起住不遮住是真的尷尬。
優點是離江邊近，吃完飯確實可以在附近走走散散步看看風景。

裝修風格平時可能不到一百元，但是春節嘛，可以理解。就是停車位太少了，擔心開走晚上沒有車位，距離南河近，晚上可以看看夜景。

很一般吧，第二天入住，給個及格評價，廁所的花灑水壓很小，冬天洗澡真的有點冷，空調基本沒啥效果，毛巾很舊，看起來破破爛爛的，不敢用

衞生給1分。卡卡角落的污垢還是很明顯。望酒店多多加強。酒店環境一般，屬於主幹道旁邊，停車一般停路邊，酒店有四五個專用停車位（露天的，無地下）。服務態度一般，説話沒有禮貌用語。環境設施老化較為嚴重，床單被套，破損明顯，就是蓋的爛被子，本人不想麻煩店家，所以懶得換了。晚上睡覺，天花板上有蝗蟲還是蛐蛐過一會叫一下，搞得我很久才睡着，沒睡好。綜上所述，本家酒店不推薦，望後來者多多比較，多加斟酌。

8月8日晚入住811房間，被罩，床單潮濕，孩子上床不到半小時，背部出現大量濕疹，非常癢，因人生地不熟，大人下樓提出讓酒店工作人員一同去找葯店買葯，遭拒絕，衹給換了一床被子，還沒有被罩，又過半小時，實在無法忍受房間潮濕環境，工作人員才給換了一個房間，全過程真的讓人氣憤無語，希望廣元市利州區衞生防疫部門對該酒店進行一次全面檢查，對查出的問題進行公示，並要求其限期整改，給消費者一個合理解釋！

每次過來基本上都在這家酒店定，前台服務很好，但是保潔員這邊每次收拾房間都很敷衍，什麼叫 3 天才換床單？全廣元酒店有這個規定嗎？紙也不給我拿，半夜回來連紙都用不了，還要下去找前台。
