Very high tech operation with robots snd automatic lights/drapes etc. Convenient shuttles to airport and subway. The water was not hot enough but the hotel engineer made it piping hot. The breakfast was excellent for the room price. Above all, the service and responsiveness were outstanding. The location is a little far from the city centre and the surroundings are a little grubby … but the shuttle/subway offers travel flexibility and starbucks is close by!

Excellent hotel experience. Room is very clean though can smell remnants of smoke cos smoking is allowed in some rooms. Understand hotel has done the smoke clearance but there's still leftover smell. Breakfast is great, lots of variety. Staff are extremely helpful , at reception, breakfast area n chamber maids too. Hotel offer to/fro pickup from airport to hotel n also from Renhe metro station free of charge. This truly helps a great deal especially if you land late. Location is great for travellers on transit. Will stay again.

The best Hotel I have stayed in the last 10 years. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Ada was super wonderful. She even helped me bought all my staff online when I was having difficulties. I wholeheartedly recommend it.

Good for hotel near to the airport, good chinese Hakka restaurant next to the hotel and yummy
Only this is bad is smoking smell in the room even it is non smoking room
You may need to early checking as you could and select several room for smoking smell free. Very rare.

A brand new hotel with everything new and clean! Water pressure for showers is really strong even though we stayed at the top floor 12th. Airport transfer service is available and convenient. However, there is no time to try the breakfast in order to catch the flight - simple packed breakfast was provided though...
