We booked two superior twin rooms here. We were on a business trip for a meeting. We arrived on the first night without noticing that the windows were from the inside. We felt stuffy all night and didn't fall asleep until 3 a.m. We went out for a meeting early in the morning and clicked on the software to extend our stay. After the meeting, we arrived at the hotel room at around 4 a.m. My colleague saw that the window was from the inside and the air was not good. She had rhinitis, so she called the front desk to ask for a room change and told the front desk that we had just returned to the hotel room and had not touched anything in the hotel. The front desk refused. We asked to communicate with the hotel manager, but the front desk still refused.
