The room was cleaned every day, there are no cupboards and storage places, the room is small, but everything is clean, take a room with a normal window, everything else is ok.

Stayed for 4 nights at Baili Hotel. Grateful that the hotel staff assigned the same floor as me for my other family members, as well as exchange a new room promptly when the TV in my initial room was not working. Decent breakfast and free cocktail and 汉服 experience. Overall had a comfortable stay there. Will stay again if visiting Guangzhou.

Stayed there for three nights. The location is okay for me, because near to the 上下九步行街, surrounded by a lot clothes shop.
But this hotel soundproofing is not so good, when early morning 6am opposite resident open door and chatted lounder with their friends. Even close door or have peoples pass by also can heard clearly
The room light is not so bright enough too.

Staffs are superb friendly and extremely helpful. They went extra mile to help collecting parcels and keeping it until our arrival.
Hotel room is very clean and consider spacious for the price point. It is very new and have a nice little sky bar at the lobby.
They provide unlimited free bottle water as well which is very nice and the bed are comfy.
Location is near to the Shopping Street and Scenery places like YongQingFang but is abit far from Metro station.

It was a loverly stay at Baili hotel, very convenient to Metro and Pedestrian St. Most of all the staffs, Xiaoyao, Xiaofung and Xiaopeng have been most helpful during our stay. The bed and the pillows are fantastic... Shower system working well with constant good pressure. Didn't have breakfast because I guess they catered. Can't comment..
