The room was upgraded for free. It was nice and clean. However, the hot water adjustment was buggy and the water pressure was a bit low.

The water heater is broken and I can't wash it at all. I can't adjust the water temperature and it's always very hot. In short, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in so many times.
