入住體驗很驚喜！這個價位的酒店，不足之處是正常，好的體驗真是驚喜！ 酒店很安靜，地段位置好，出門龍口東路好吃的店一家又一家，樓下的“好德”粵式茶點就很贊！前台小哥哥又帥又麻利！房間設施格局，也是應有的都有了，入住這裏，是簡單又安靜的好選擇。

保安大哥和服務員都很好，有主動性和熱情。21日入住首晚房間空調沒有暖風，要求換房，原是服務生做的工作，保安大哥也主動幫忙來搬物品，值得一讚。
但酒店設施實在太落後了，牆體灰脱落，空調灰塵很厚，而且換了房後的空機機仍然沒有暖風，還是死機狀態，都無語了。

房間有股黴味，打掃好的房間浴室都是濕的，晚上水管流水聲音很想，房間隔音差，外面聲音聽得一清二楚。遺失房卡竟然要50元補卡。第一次也是最後一次訂購文星連鎖酒店。
