Great hotel, near the bus station
There are supermarket nearby and I'd self check-in and check-out the gym, you can walk to the convention center.
The room is quite small but there's a lot of amenities, tea pot, table, chairs,and so more.

Next to a residential community. Domino's pizza and burger king are at 10 mins walking distance.
Breakfast not available - it is just a floor with few rooms.
Specified as 45 sq m which is a joke. Feels like a 25 sq m.
A bed is located over an attic. You have to crawl over the bed otherwise you will hit your head against the ceiling (I hit mine 3 times during a single night stay).
The washing machine on a small balcony is a plus but without hangers to dry your clothes...LoL!
Washbasin and induction cooker may be useful but I could not use them as there are no utensils!
The bathroom smells (though one night stay cost me 310 RMB).
Bathroom height suits a 5 ft person, also the shower is located at chest height. I had a hard time getting my hair wet...LoL again!

廣交會前一天臨時定的房間，憑房間密碼開門，入住流程十分簡便。
第二天不想拎着行李箱逛廣交會，因為公寓無前台，不能寄存行李，於是跟客服小哥商量暫存在房間裏，小哥也很熱心，一直幫我們存到回來大概19:30。
房間很乾凈，出行也很方便，離廣交會展館打車2分鐘即到，非常方便。
以後再來 還會優先考慮。

房間床同天花板的高度不對稱，常常碰撞，洗手間設施很差，日用品非常不齊，房間地板感覺好污垢，总之，感覺很不舒服。

這間公寓比同一層但是另一個品牌的公寓貴200塊，內部的房型都是一樣的，但佈局和服務不如另外一家。首先最不滿意的是熱水問題，我們是元旦當天入住，我們4人入住，跨完年回來已經凌晨四五點多了。前面三個輪洗澡的時候，酒店的水温也並不是很熱，但也能正常洗漱。到第四位洗澡的時候，前面水温還是正常温熱的，但洗完沐浴露之後水就突然變冷了，然後床的被子也很薄，第二天直接就感冒發燒了。😷😷
還有我們的訂單顯示的也是四人入住，但房間內衹擺設兩人的洗漱用品，由於我們回來的時候已經是凌晨四五點，就沒有打擾前台送牙刷用具。第二天，我們一點多起床之後聯繫前台。微信打電話掛斷，訊息不回，用房間那個呼叫服務也沒人接聽，後面再重新打電話才有人回覆。服務員説要聯繫一下客房阿姨，但等了20分鐘都遲遲得不到回覆，後面重複打電話去，前台才告訴我説阿姨還沒有那麼早上班，不能牙刷。注意：他説的是不能送！！！😅😅😅就在我在生氣邊緣的時候，後面服務員才在微信告知，啊姨有在門口的全身鏡子後面放了備用的牙刷（要把全身鏡打開才能看到，這個備用牙刷，前台自己並不知道有）。😅😅😅後面全程也沒有任何的抱歉。
房間是不值這個價錢的，前面有説，在同一棟樓，有很多不同牌子的公寓。房屋的結構都是一樣的，同一個房間另一個牌子賣400/晚，這個賣600多/晚。屋內佈局也不太合理。複式二樓的牀頭櫃，起床時也經常會撞到手。
如果不是實在訂不到房間，不建議訂這邊🙃

10樓為頂樓甚焗悶，兩部分體式空調(或冷凝器、蒸發器污垢)制冷不足，入住至少4小時後才能冷卻至敕為舒适(24)溫度。蓋棉被則熱，不蓋也就受涼了，整晚不能睡個安寧覺。另枕頭被鋪塵埃甚大。
