請問你們所謂的酒店沒有空調怎麼能讓人入住呢！還好攜程客服的關愛，大半夜的説退房還不給退錢，服務員説衹給退按金👍廣州這個天氣沒有空調如果不是喝酒了你請我住會不會住？酒店方請你不要玷污攜程的牌子了，我住過最慘最差的地方沒有之一，中秋節也很感謝攜程客服的工作人員，半夜三更服務員拿過來一個破風扇換房間也是沒有空調的，天亮才睡覺你們服務員七點就過來説可以換房，最後退房價還是攜程客服幫你們補退客人，叫你們酒店老闆晚上去自己沒有空調的酒店住一個晚上，我付錢OK，真的服氣你們酒店的這個服務👍
