Guangzhou Longxiang Wisdom Hotel (Gangding Subway Station) Reviews

It's a stopover for me back to Shanghai. It's a budget hostel like hotel. I booked the cheapest room without windows. The place is clean, free bottle water, clean towels and bath and shower. Located in the center of Guangzhou city so this is a bargain for me. Yes, I will book again. No complain at all.

Counter staff are nice, price is good. Nearby have multiple shopping malls, milk tea shops, restaurants, food shop and 24h convenient stores.

the hotel doesnt have a lift, which makes it harder to carry your luggages. Aside from that the room is not clean, the toilet as well, i had to clean the toilet before using 🙃🙃🙃

It is the worst booking I have made on Trip.Com. This facility should not be listed on Trip.Com. It is a complete embarrassment. I arrived at 23:00, exhausted from my trip. The receptionist was having a conversation with a technician regarding some repairs that he still needed to do. He then disappeared, and I went to my room. To my utter shock, the same technician was actually repairing a basin tap and hose, and when he left, water and cupboard debris were left all over the floor! The following day, I went on about my work and again returned relatively late (around 20:00), only to find that my room was not cleaned. There was a lady cleaning other rooms. I asked her, and she responded that she was at school earlier in the afternoon, hence she was only cleaning the rooms that late. Terrible!

The location is excellent, surrounded by shops and food areas, easy to travel by metro. Although the room is a bit worn out even though it has been renovated, overall it is very good for this price. The location is excellent. I had a problem with the Hello Bike app, and the staff was very willing to help.

Clean and hygienic, comfortable air conditioning, quiet environment, complete disposable supplies. The mattress is moderately soft and hard. The store owner is nice and helped to delay check-out until 14:00. It would be better if the pillow was replaced with a shaped pillow.

The location is good and the transportation is convenient, but the facilities are old and the sound insulation is poor. The bed in the double room I booked is very small. The smart hotel is not smart at all.

Very, very bad hotel. First of all, I booked a Sunshine Smart Room. As soon as I entered the room, I found it was small and dirty. It was really disgusting. I originally wanted to not stay there, but they said that they would charge a depreciation fee after checking in. It was disgusting. Then they added 40 yuan to upgrade to a suite, saying it was bigger. The moment I entered the suite, my concept of hotel suites was overturned. This kind of hotel is really too bad. I really don't recommend choosing it.

The room facilities are very smart. It is more comfortable to choose a large room than a small one. Sleep quality is really important.

The hotel environment is good, the sanitation is clean, the front desk clerk has a good attitude, the price is affordable, the room is very good, I will come again next time
