My overall experience at this hotel was very positive. The check-in process was efficient, and the front desk staff were polite and welcoming. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with all essential amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job. The hotel’s facilities such as the gym and pool were well-maintained. Breakfast buffet offered a good selection and was constantly replenished. The location is strategic

The hotel is beautiful, but it’s located about an hour or more from George Town. If you’re looking for a quiet, remote getaway, this is a great choice , plus it has a water park. There isn’t much to do after the first day (wanted to cancel for the second day, but hotel doesn’t want to do and early checkout), but I really liked the décor and cleanliness. The only downside is that the gym has a bit of a funky smell.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The resort was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and professional, making the whole experience smooth and pleasant. A great place for a relaxing getaway — highly recommended.

Thank you to Trip.com we had a basically free and very enjoyable staycation in this resort. We won the Watson and Trip.com contest and received the RM800 voucher and we chose to spend it in this resort. It was the best decision ever coz we received a room upgrade upon registration and the room was huge with kitchen, dining area, living room area and overlooking the water park! The breakfast was awesome and the kids can go swimming while parents can have breakfast till 11am. The staff were very polite and friendly and the facility was clean and sparkling. My kids had a blast and already planning to go here again next school holiday. So a big big thanks to Trip.com for the exceptional Malaysia Day staycation!

Bertam Resort truly impresses with its beautiful Moroccan-inspired architecture, huge pool, and comfortable, well-designed rooms. The overall ambiance is relaxing and perfect for a family getaway cum birthday celebration. That said, my experience was affected by a 1.5-hour delay during check-in, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey from KL. I also noticed zero convenience stores / vending machines within the Resort, which makes it less easy to grab snacks late at night. Overall, it’s a wonderful resort for a holiday, will come back again 🥰

This is the only 5 star resort around Bertam, and the entrance is impressive, natural ventilated with high ceiling, the rooms and architecture are nice too. A bit pricey for individual, family outings will be nice.

Everything was great! There's a water park nearby, but the water quality wasn't good and might cause skin irritation.
