The house is very close to the subway. It’s too friendly for our student party. There are many good foods around, so I’m not afraid that it’s not delicious when I come to play. The room is well-equipped, high floors, good air, and views.
It’s spacious, and the landlord is very kind to say that when we arrive early, let us put things in the room in advance. This is the best time I have ever stayed. ^_^Super happy!

黑店，千萬別住，之前付的600/天多是保利的公寓，後面被騙去住的是奧園的房子，房間又臟又臭根本沒有辦法住人，讓修了一次，修完更臭，完全沒有辦法居住。因此我們要求退房退款，店家不給退錢，後來朋友好説歹説該退三天錢💰，結果衹給退二天錢💰，二點退房又扣一百塊。見過黑店的，沒見過這麼黑的。我們當時訂的房子是11-15號，説給我們的優惠價是500/天，大家可以去看一下房間，保利的才300/天多一點，我們住了二天，應該退1500，結果衹退900。房子臭的呀住不了人，衞生又臟。

可以説是超級喜歡了，房東很細心、耐心，對於我提出的問題都很耐心具體的回答；房子衞生也很不錯，蠻乾淨的，空間也蠻大的，是團建的一個好選擇；房子內的基礎設施很齊全，比如桌遊的類別就蠻多的，很適合一大羣人一起玩；房子周邊吃食很多，還有超市，風景不錯，真心推薦，超級棒，下次出來玩還訂這個！！！房間環境真心不錯！！！
