At that time, our front desk staff were handling check-in procedures for other guests, which led to the failure to assist you with your luggage. I sincerely apologize for this. Our front desk staff are all professionally trained before taking up their positions. Hotel services and language usage are carried out in accordance with regulations. When seeing guests carrying heavy luggage, they must offer assistance. We have already reported this incident to the responsible department and criticized and trained the front desk staff in a meeting. When cleaning guest rooms, we use disinfectant and wait for the room manager to inspect and confirm there are no issues before arranging for guests to check in. The carpets are cleaned once every quarter. In response to your feedback this time, we have warned the housekeeping department that if the carpets are dirty, they must be cleaned immediately.
