Bathing: There is only very hot water, and there is no way to adjust the water temperature, no matter which way you turn the handle. 5. The air outlet of the air conditioner is facing the bed and face, and the left and right sweeping fan blades are faulty and cannot swing. 6. Service: The attitude of the service staff in person is okay. However, when I checked in at the hotel, the front desk guy offered me a discount: the original price of breakfast was RMB 18 per time. If I downloaded the Huazhuhui app on the spot and registered as a member, the breakfast price would be reduced to RMB 10 per time. Before this, I had registered the Huazhuhui app because when I inquired about this Hanting Hotel, the front desk told me: "The price of our hotel will be more favorable when booking with the Huazhuhui app." That's why I downloaded the app, and The app stipulates that prices can only be viewed after registration. After I told the front desk what happened when I checked in, the front desk actually said: The person who called you and asked you to download the app was the new front desk, so I can't give you a discounted price for breakfast... That's the end of the explanation... 7. I’m very puzzled. Your hotel obviously asked me to download the Huazhuhui app in advance, but now it makes me lose the qualification for the breakfast discount. You just dismissed me with “He’s new here”? The room was very clean and well equipped. It is very close to Guangzhou Railway Station and is very convenient for traveling and so on. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is also very good. I will book with this hotel next time.
