Good location with 5-7 mins walk from the station exit C. If got big luggage, can use the exit D for a lift from hotel. The staff is friendly. She gave us 3 rooms to choose when I told her that I want brighter & less smoking smell room. Thanks 😊

The location is great. However, the towels provided daily weren't clean, and the window was too small, leading to poor ventilation. Our child developed rashes after a few days, likely due to dirty bedsheets.

This was my first stay here, and right off the bat, the location is excellent. You come out of the Ximenkou subway station and there's a McDonald's, and a small street lined with eateries, including many famous Guangzhou old brands. Keep walking straight, and you'll find the hotel to the left of Guangxiao Temple! It's right next door to Guangxiao Temple, very close. The front desk staff were very friendly and confirmed my room type. The room itself was clean and tidy. The best thing about a windowless room is how quiet it is. If you're out exploring all day and just come back to the hotel to sleep, whether there's a window or not doesn't really matter. In fact, a windowless room offers better value for money, depending on personal preference. The room had a silent exhaust fan and a place to hang clothes. The bathroom had a convenient wet/dry separation. The independent Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, and there was a small desk, perfect for eating. They also offer a free laundry room. I was very satisfied with the facilities; there were no strange odors in the room. The overall hotel environment is quite good, with 'No Smoking' signs visible throughout the common areas, which were clean and tidy. Very satisfied.

Staying here was amazing! The Ximenkou subway station is right outside, literally a 200-meter walk – I didn't even need to change my shoes. In the morning, I'd grab some soy milk from the convenience store and then head straight to Xihua Road for Chee Cheong Fun; the food street was just a 10-minute stroll away, and my taste buds were in heaven! The room was incredibly thoughtful: a separated wet and dry bathroom and mosquito screens meant I slept soundly every night. The mattress was so soft it felt like sinking into a cloud, and the air conditioning was perfectly warm, so winter wasn't an issue at all. The host was incredibly helpful! They upgraded our room for free, helped us book a ride-share, stored our luggage, and even brought our dried coats back to the room, giving us a heads-up! The biggest surprise was being able to cook. Making a simple bowl of noodles and enjoying it with the sunlight streaming in from the window just filled me with happiness. The WiFi was lightning fast, and having double sets of toiletries was a thoughtful touch. They even provided earplugs and toilet seat covers – every little detail was covered! ✨ Next time I'm in Guangzhou, I'll definitely choose this place again! 🏨🍜🌞

This was my first stay here, and the room was huge! It was also spotlessly clean. Choosing this hotel for my trip was truly a delightful surprise. From the moment I stepped into the room, I could feel the incredible attention to detail, and I just have to rave about it! The room's layout was incredibly well-designed. The twin room felt spacious and airy, not at all cramped. Both beds were generously sized, and the bedding was clean and soft. The pristine white sheets and duvet covers had no strange odors, and lying down instantly relieved a full day's fatigue, ensuring a fantastic night's sleep. The bedside area had a simple yet elegant design, with a small nightstand in the middle holding the telephone – a thoughtful detail. This setup also meant that getting up at night wouldn't disturb my companion. Both the natural light and soundproofing in the room were excellent. The double curtains (sheer and thick blackout) provided ample light during the day and complete darkness at night, guaranteeing a peaceful sleep. All the room's amenities were top-notch. There was a high-definition TV mounted on the wall, along with a comfortable desk and soft chair, making it convenient for both temporary work and relaxing with a show. The vanity area featured a dry-wet separation design. Mineral water, a tea set, tissues, and even an air freshener were neatly arranged on the counter, showing great attention to detail. The sink was clean and tidy, and the mirror was bright, making for a superb washing experience. The bathroom was equally spotless. The toilet was clean and odorless, and the glass-partitioned shower area had excellent dry-wet separation, keeping the floor dry with no puddles. Waste bins were thoughtfully placed for different types of waste, reflecting a high standard of hygiene. The entire room had a simple yet cozy decor, with warm-toned walls and wooden floors, giving it a comforting, home-like feel without any sense of confinement. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth. The room's cleanliness, facilities, and layout completely exceeded my expectations. Whether for a business trip or a leisure stay, this is an excellent choice. I've already added this hotel to my top travel picks and will definitely stay here again next time. I genuinely recommend it to anyone needing accommodation – you won't be disappointed! Xi Hua Road also has plenty of great food and is fun to explore.

This trip, the hotel overall gave a clean, comfortable, and good value for money impression, making it very suitable for business travel or short stays. The room had a standard twin bed layout; it wasn't particularly spacious but was well-arranged, so it didn't feel cramped. The wooden flooring and light-toned soft furnishings, combined with a few simple decorative paintings above the bed, made the whole room look cozy and fresh. The bed was neatly made, and the duvet and pillows were soft and fluffy, allowing me to relax quickly and enjoy a very restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a dry-wet separation with a clean and clear glass partition, and the vanity and toilet areas were tidily organized. A hairdryer and toiletries were fully provided, and the hot water was fast and stable, making for a very comfortable shower experience. There were no water stains or smudges on the floor or walls, indicating that daily cleaning was very thorough. The elevator area in the public space was also well-maintained, with clean and bright marble walls, neatly arranged recycling bins, and no-smoking signs, showing the hotel's attention to detail and management standards. The desk in the room and the small couch by the window were very practical, convenient for working or temporarily placing luggage. Drinking water and tea sets were also provided on the desk, a thoughtful touch. Overall, this hotel doesn't have flashy designs, but it excels in cleanliness, practicality, and quietness, and the service attitude was excellent—they even upgraded my room type for free. I was very satisfied with the facilities, which include a 24-hour laundry room with a dryer. There are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby! The environment is great. Guangxiao Temple is right next door, and I thoroughly enjoyed the beef hotpot and BBQ on Xihua Road! I highly recommend trying them; they offer great value. Getting around is convenient, with a subway station very close by. It's the kind of choice that makes you feel at ease during your stay. My first stay at this hotel provided a very satisfying experience. If I visit this area again, I will definitely consider staying here.

Feel cheated upon arrival. It doesn’t match with the photo provided on Trip.com. Not sure where the good comments come from. Fake comments? It is a very old hotel. They just painted the room to make it look new. The bathroom is not 干湿分离 and the room is full of second hand smoke. However, the auntie doing cleaning is very helpful.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, and it was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. The twin room I received was absolutely perfect – so bright and airy that I didn't even need to turn on the lights during the day! The room itself had a lovely, gentle yet refreshing vibe. The twin beds were well-spaced, making the room feel spacious, not cramped. The pristine white bedding was smooth, soft, and neatly arranged, giving a very comforting first impression. The blackout curtains were excellent, providing complete privacy for a restful sleep, while the windows allowed for bright yet glare-free natural light during the day. Being in the room felt incredibly relaxing and comfortable. 🛁 **Bathroom Details: Spotlessly Clean & Dry-Wet Separation – A Huge Plus!** The bathroom design was the biggest pleasant surprise! It featured a dry-wet separation with a glass partition, and it was immaculately clean with no dampness or unpleasant odors – this really added to the experience! The toilet was sparkling white and spotless, the vanity counter gleamed, and the toiletries were neatly arranged. The shower had a super stable hot water supply with even pressure, perfect for washing away travel fatigue. The towels were neatly folded, showing just how meticulous the housekeeping staff are. It was comfortable, allowed for a good night's sleep, and had excellent facilities. The mattress was just right – not too soft, not too firm, with perfect support; you didn't sink in, nor was it uncomfortably hard. There were charging ports by the bed, super convenient for work or charging my phone. The air conditioning ran quietly, cooling and heating quickly without disturbing my rest. The hotel's amenities and cleanliness really hit it out of the park! It's affordably priced but offers details that rival high-end hotels, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The staff were also very attentive, making check-in efficient and quick, and always responding promptly to any requests. This stay was truly a perfect 10 – clean, comfortable, and stress-free. It's now on my go-to list for future trips, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again! I genuinely recommend it to anyone who values quality accommodation and great value for money. Oh, and I recommend trying the handmade sesame paste from a shop on Xihua Road – it's unforgettable! The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy access to the subway, and plenty of dining, drinking, and entertainment options nearby.
