The receptionist is not on the ground floor, hard to check in when arrive, should ask the guard to guide to receptionist floor. Remaining is good, for service, quality,....

Good place to stay near canton fair with kitchen and 4 peoples can stay in a whole flat / apartment the room is very spacious and good amenities are provided

Check in counter is on higher floor and not the first floor but apartment is near to xin gang dong MTR station and eateries at the basement linkway.

This is a good apartment hotel to stay. You will find a lot of restaurants at -1 floor!

The room is relatively clean, and the bathroom also has disposable cushions. You can go to the comic exhibition from the underground parking lot. The location is excellent, but the parking fee is relatively expensive. There are gridded spaces on the roadside for parking.

It takes only 4-5 minutes to get to Poly Expo and Pazhou Subway Station downstairs, and only 15-20 minutes to get to the Canton Fair Complex.

The washing machine, dryer, microwave and refrigerator are all very useful and the view is great. There is a 24-hour convenience store downstairs, which is convenient for traveling. This is my second time staying at the first floor.
