前台服務態度很**衞生環境糟糕酒店整體昏暗還有氣味房間地面自己看圖吧床單被套發黃窗户不隔音車流量大很吵Wi-Fi用不了最重要空調也用不了！！！廁所蓄水池也是壞的這和幾十塊旅館有什麼區別全部真實體驗給大家避雷了！！！

廁所燈會自己閃！氣氛很詭異！地毯也有很多洞，説128的價格有窗，一個很小很小側窗，沒有獨立空調，牆壁掉粉，門掉皮都入住體驗感很不好

衞生真的很糟糕、馬桶臟到我鋪上自帶的馬桶墊都不想用，照片就不拍了，怕噁心到你們……沒有一次性拖鞋，塑料拖鞋也臟，還爛！淋雨蓬頭也是壞的（還好經理來更換了蓬頭）水特別小還不夠熱！前台小妹業務不熟練態度還不咋滴。總之體驗最差的一次住店！

酒店前台業務能力不行，房間破舊，地攤臟且破，窗簾是壞的，不值這個價。之前看到評論他們家會給顧客換房還有的説訂的去到就説沒房了的情況，因為是考試擔心自己去到也遇到同樣的情況，所以提前打電話核對了是否去到會有房，他們家説確定就會有，結果等到進店的時候前台説沒看到我的訂單，沒房，可我手機上訂單還在的，拿給前台看還讓我問客服，都到店了還讓問客服，面前的人是擺設嗎？最後看着我們的態度強硬換個人才找到我們的訂單，一整個大無語。（在此過程差不多在前台等了二十多分鐘）進到房間窗簾看着要壞的樣子，地攤臟臟的，不像一個一百多酒店的配置，晚上睡覺剛好遇到下雨，一晚上的聽到雨滴到窗子外彩鋼瓦上面的聲音，還有空調水滴上去的聲音，晚上被吵醒了很多次，影響睡眠。整體就一個差字，白可惜了那麼大個酒店，差評努努力還是可以得到的。那麼低的評分為什麼不改進反思？

首先明知道窗簾是壞的不先換，要等我去反應，其次我打電話喊換一間，語氣不好，我話還沒説完就把電話掛了，最後，人雖然上去看了 但是沒解決實際的問題，兩百多的價格還沒有一百多的環境好。。。。。
