Hotel Clarion Suites Guatemala

I booked a room last minute. They didn't have the room ready soon! The staff was really friendly. Breakfast was delicious!

The rooms is super big and the buffet breakfast was amazing. The A/C in the room was not working well i could only turn on/off but not modify the speed.

Clean rooms and attentive staff. I really enjoyed my stay here. Would definitely come back!

Good location. We had the challenge of many spurts young people stayed at the hotel which stretch staff in the provision of service. But they managed well

Very modern and well kept hotel. Rooms were spacious and clean. Great water pressure and the rain drop shower head was a nice added feature. Friendly staff, you are always greeted when arriving or leaving the hotel. The hotel has a small lounge/bar which was nice. Drinks are limited, but the bartender and servers are friendly. Hotel is in a good location, Zone 10 is safe area to walk around. Many restaurants and malls within walking distance (10-15 minutes in all directions). We felt safe being out at night as there were always people out walking around. If you plan a tour, most will pick up right at this hotel or the one directly across the street. The Oakland Mall is the biggest, most modern mall we have ever seen. I would recommend this hotel if you are staying in this part of the city.
