Very unreliable On the first day we arrived, we were trapped in the elevator for 15 minutes, we couldn't get out, the elevator door couldn't be opened, the buttons were all black, and it was difficult to contact people. The staff taught us how to force the opening after coming. If you don't understand English or Italian as a foreigner, it will really collapse! After pressing the forced button, it will fall when it is all extinguished! The first reaction after getting out of the elevator is nausea and vomiting The next day was even more funny. We told the hotel front desk one day in advance to let them help us set the taxi the next day and send us to the station! The hotel said that it was not necessary to decide. It was good to mention 5 minutes in the morning. As a result, we came 15 minutes before the next day. The result was almost half an hour and we couldn't call it. It directly caused our train to miss it and lost more than 100 euros."

"Perfect accommodation for a city trip to Pisa. Beautiful, old building very centrally located. Sights, city and places to eat are all within easy walking distance. Check-in and check-out without contact with staff - no problems at all. Brief contact with staff over time, very friendly! I had a large room with a balcony and a direct view of the Arno. Everything was very clean! Small coffee and tea station in the hallway for free use. Thank you for the great stay during my trip to Pisa!"

"The location of the hotel is fabulous and the room itself was beautiful. It’s amazing to step outside your room and see the tower right there! Unfortunately I found the staff at check in to be fairly rude and not very helpful; I felt like I was annoying him by checking in. I booked this hotel specifically because it has air conditioning but it didn’t work and since the hotel staff go home in the evening there was nobody to help and we were unable to sleep due to the heat. Even though the location was amazing I probably wouldn’t book here again."

"Nice hostel, clean and hygiene, spotless, also close to the leaning tower. Front desk lady super nice, and the old couple owner very nice too. I need kettle to cook hot water, they prepared for me, also recommend me where's the nice restaurant. Highly recommend hostel. Only at night, other guest too noisy, and elevator too small if you with your big luggage, thats a issue. Lovely."
