Everything is fine except the noise. On room 6 we could ear everything from the streets they should isolate better… you can hear everything from other rooms above and if you have light sleep I recomend tampons . But the rest was great, they had free coffe machine with capuccino and the bathrooms were really clean

Everything was automated but all were taken care of.
Well done to the management.
Great location - near to the leaning tower.
Negative - the building is on a busy street so you could hear noises from partygoers till the middle of the night and cars noises early morning.

We were apprehensive as the desk isn't manned. Everything worked perfectly with entry codes and key was in our room (Camera) door. Lovely large en suite with 2 rooms. Bottle of water and small carton of juice in room, mosquito plug in machine and spray. Centre of Pisa with lots of restsurants. Flagged down taxi for airport Euro 20, was Euro13 from Pisa Centrale sation. Loved our overnight.
