I stay in numerous PI’s but this is by far the worst. It’s not the hotel that’s the issue, although the Annex building suffers badly from the road noise all night and needs a generally refurb. The problem is the disgusting beef eater for dinner and breakfast. This should be condemned. It’s absolutely filthy with soiled chairs I wouldn’t sit on. Tables were stained and sticky with food plates and empty glasses everywhere. There was no way my wife and I wee going to eat anything there as it was so disgusting. Needs a complete refurb and deep clean. My rating reflects the restaurant and NOT the hotel.

We stayed here as an overnight stop whilst taking our daughter back to Uni. It ticked ALL the boxes; clean, comfortable room, efficient and friendly staff with a Beafeater attached offering good food, nothing fancy, but excellent steak, fish and chips and lasagne plus great service.

Stayed for 3 nights when visiting the area as not too far from both Guildford railway stations. Received a warm and friendly greeting when I arrived. Quick and easy check in and provided my number plate. Had a room on the second floor at the rear which was very quiet. The front faces a busy room so may be noisier. The room had air conditioning which was a bonus. Room was well laid out with plenty of space.Nice bathroom with good shower. Plenty of parking but can be a bit tight when leaving if another car is coming. Have stayed in a few premier inns and it always seems the ones in and around London are a much higher standard and this is a good example. Would stay here again when next in area.

If you use the sat nav you can miss the entrance to the hotel and end up in the leisure Centre. Nice friendly staff and a pleasant checkin, we had a Premier Plus room which is worth the extra money with a decent coffee maker, chairs and more floor area. We ate in the Beefeater but felt the price of food has risen significantly although reasonable quality, not now as competitive as other hotel chains restaurants connected to hotels...... Parking was a slight issue and not many spaces close to the hotel checkin, extra parking area was around the back and miles away from the hotel entrance.

Staff were so professional, informative and friendly especially Clare and Louise @ Beefeater! Every question asked was met with enthusiasm and helpfulness, nothing was too much trouble and to see people enjoying their job so much was amazing!!!!’ They all went out of their way to please us on a very emotional weekend of taking our daughter to Uni! Thank u so so much!

The bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Highly recommened. Only 15/20 minutes walk to the town centre. Had a bath in the room as well which we loved.
