Premier Inn Guildford North (A3)

Rather tired Premier inn, did the job for 1 night. Seemed short staffed and very short on many breakfast items at 9-30 on a Saturday morning. This led to the normally great value breakfast becoming a poor choice.

All staff were polite and friendly, the room had everything we needed, it was spacious and the beds were comfortable. However, it had a very strong damp smell and also felt damp. We used the heating and air conditioning to try and help with that. The place is a bit run down, the toilets by reception have a very strong damp smell, the sink was broken and no soap. We ate at the Beefeater attached, the service was painfully slow. A family of three and we were in there for two and a half hours, but we could see the place was busy and there weren’t many staff members, all staff were polite and friendly though. We used the hotel to stay over for one night.

We have stayed here before but the first time in a premier plus room. It was lovely and had the added bonus of no manky shower curtain but a proper screen instead. Immaculately clean and comfortable. The Beefeater next door however needs to be knocked down. It’s disgusting.

Staying at Premier nn Guidford was a very pleasant experience with very pleasant staff especially Millie in the restaurant. Would definetely stay again. Well done Premier Inn.

This was my second stay at this location. I was greeted on arrival by a welcoming receptionist. My room was in the main building and was clean and warm. As this is situated on a main road, you would expect some noise, but this was minor. Food next door in the Beefeater was as expected.

Just a one night over stay as we had activities booked in the area. The Inn is near road but they have put extra glazing in and you cannot hear the road at all. Room clean as usual, the usual soaps towels etc... I suppose the number one thing people do say is the mattress, it did not give me the best of sleep, I was uncomfortable on it and kept waking up. Other than that a pleasant stay and friendly staff.

Friendly hotel, standard premier inn facilities although showing some signs of wear and tear here and there, quiet and comfortable,

Nice room/bed and bathroom, although slightly noisy aircon and not much wardrobe hanging/shelf space. Good to have iron and board in room, and also Nespresso (Premier Plus room). Beefeater next door not good for dining, although passable for breakfast, which is buffet-style. Not easy with this location to go elsewhere except by car....

Quiet hotel in good location for Guildord and access to A3, M25. Clean room and comfortable. A bit pricey for what was offered.
