服務態度真的差到沒話説 入住兩天，第一天入住。空調沒有温度，早上續房的時候，我就跟他説，我説給我換一個房間，然後他説幫我修好，晚上忙完了回來我説空調修好了嗎？他説修好了，好了回到房間 半個小時以後空調吹冷風，這個天氣空調吹冷風 好這就算了 然後我打電話給前台又讓我説去換一個房間，好，我收拾東西下來。給我換一個房間。來來回回跑了四趟去前台刷卡上來開不了門。他有總卡的 第一時間反應問題開不了門 他沒有説來幫我解決問題，還要在第四趟我説了以後才讓人上來幫我開了這個門。誰家服務態度是這樣？差 很差 那個男生工作人員還調侃了一句，哇，是我我都要發火了，是啊 我也覺得。差評，服務態度真的很差。自己酒店的問題沒有第一時間處理。連基本的態度都沒有。

這次是第二次入住，這一次入住體驗非常差，衞生沒搞好，衞生間漏水到房間一地，電視要交錢才能看，這是50年來第一次遇到的世紀玩笑（兩次入住都是説沒連上服務器），體驗極差。

酒店各方面都不錯，接送機非常快，周邊很多美食、超市，特別喜歡貴陽！附近交通地鐵也方便。
提供的一次性設施很齊全，就是衞生間如果能做成乾濕分離就更好了

環境：很安靜，他們家樓層很高，還可以看到貴陽的好風景
服務：很好，前台和打掃衞生的都很禮貌
機場免費接送機服務:我們去來都是坐的他們家免費接送機。
