Holiday Inn Express GUIYANG AIRPORT

It’s only a five-minute walk from the airport and the location is perfect! The breakfast was great. After finishing it, we went to the airport leisurely. We could also take some photos in front of the airport, perfect!

The overall feeling is not very good. This is simply a fast hotel. It is very different from the Holiday Inn I stayed in. It also has a smell. I asked for a purifier. The toiletries are worse than those of Hanting. There is no refrigerator. There is no place to put the fruits I bought. There is no tea table. The overall space is too small. It doesn't feel like a Holiday Inn.

Location: Very close to the airport. There are basically no supporting facilities in the surrounding area. Facilities: The overall facilities and equipment are pretty good. Although the Bluetooth sound effect is not as good as the one I brought with me. Hygiene: It can be seen that the eldest sister is very careful about hygiene. The hygiene is very clean. Service: There are no lighters in the entire hotel, and it took half an hour to order takeout before it was delivered. The service was quite satisfactory, neither excellent nor lagging.

The evening flight arrived in Guiyang, and the next morning we departed from Longdongbao Railway Station for Qiandongnan, and chose the Airport Holiday Inn. Traveling is very convenient, just cross the road after T3, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk to Longdongbao Railway Station. Breakfast was very rich. It is highly recommended for passengers in transit.

Environment & Service: It's close to the airport, but it's still a bit far to walk, and there are no road signs. It took me a long time to get there in the airport parking lot. It's still a bit scary if I'm alone on a late flight. Usually hotels at this distance will arrange airport pick-up. I don’t know why this hotel doesn’t provide it. It doesn’t cost much and the service experience can be improved. Breakfast: Not rich in food, but enough to eat. Although you have to cook the noodles yourself, the marinade tastes good. There are no restaurants nearby for dinner, and takeaways are also far away. The hotel’s canteen sells instant noodles, milk tea, etc. It is recommended to bring some food with you.

This is my first time to review online. I really want to review because the service of this hotel is so good that it touches you. Because it was my daughter's 20th birthday, we flew from Xiamen and Shanghai respectively. When the hotel front desk heard that I wanted to buy a cake for my daughter, she told the front desk manager Zhong Chenchen. Manager Zhong said she would arrange it. Then she got off work at 23:00 in the evening and waited until my daughter landed at the airport at 12:30. She drove with me to pick me up and then gave my daughter a birthday cake. It was really heartwarming.

It is very close to the T3 Passenger Terminal of the airport. It only takes 5 or 6 minutes to cross the road and pass through the parking lot 2. The newly opened hotel is very clean overall and the rooms are quite large. The most commendable thing is the service attitude at the front desk, which is very friendly and answers questions enthusiastically. I overslept in the morning and was rushing to catch a flight. I called the front desk and they helped pack breakfast and take it away when I checked out without delaying my trip.

The hotel is just opposite the T3 terminal, and it only takes 5 minutes to cross the road. Lilith's service is good. She helped me mail the clothes I left behind. I give it a thumbs up. There is no noise in the hotel room, and you can drink coffee in the lobby, which is very good.
