We really liked this hotel. The room was very exciting for our son, and very clean and comfortable. The smart features were useful and the bath was huge!
We had a slight issue with the bath, but they called someone to come fix it with no fuss.
Lots of nice little touches, such as free ginger tea at the front desk and a cute toothbrush for the little one.
We will definitely stay there again.

和煦酒店來住過很多次，酒店設計很獨特，全白的外牆，很清新，房間設計簡約有格調，3樓有洗衣房、健身區和休閑吧，十分愜意舒適。房間衞生環境乾淨整潔，而且格局很寬大，讓人有一種居家的感覺！智能的家居設計，給人一種新型體驗，尤其是睡下了不想起床開燈、拉窗簾什麼的，天貓精靈就可以搞定，棒！還有前台小姐姐們的服務蠻熱情，客房阿姨也很親切，特別值得推薦入住體驗的一家酒店！！！

幫朋友代訂的房間。之前看評論，各方反饋都非常好，但朋友實際入住以後的反饋，感受是一般，因為這個房型是靠路邊，入住的時候問前台隔音效果如何？説是安靜的，可實際是衹要路邊有車經過，噪音是很大的，朋友睡眠淺，幾乎一晚上都沒睡好，另外，過道房門的隔音幾乎是沒有的，外面的人説話很清晰的就能夠聽得到。其他方面還是可以的。

基本上來這邊辦事都是住在這家酒店，裝修風格很現代簡約，酒店環境衞生乾淨舒適，不亞於現在很多連鎖高檔酒店。前台的小姐姐們服務也蠻舒服的，客房大姐們也挺熱情。就是昨天晚上快1點鐘左右睡得迷迷糊糊，隔壁房間的朋友有點讓我無語了，先是吵架，後面又摔東西，聲音特別大，搞得人前半夜一直沒睡好！真是無語，大半夜不睡覺就算了，還影響別人休息。打電話跟前台講，前台有叫保安過來看，不過這也不能怪人家酒店，人酒店第二天早上還問我們情況，有沒有影響到休息之類。後面酒店説他們好像直接退房了！！！在這段入住期間除了這個事情，其他都還可以的，尤其是前台一直的關心和問候，過來辦事或者旅遊的朋友，真心推薦這家酒店！

非常滿意的一次住宿，以前都要選熟悉的品牌，這次因為時間原因就近選了這家酒店。
酒店不太大，但足夠温馨，房間裏有智能馬桶和小愛同學，也是非常方便，總體細節很到位👍👍👍
前台小姐姐幫我升級了枕頭和床墊，枕頭和亞朵的差不多，很舒適，靜音入眠⭐️⭐️⭐️
