該酒店在居民區內，有電梯，自助入住，自助退房。房間不大但很新，乾淨衞生，智能馬桶，離青巖古鎮比市區近，附近是大學，樓下飯店很多。性價比很高，經濟實惠。

周圍環境不錯，窗外就能看到操場，樓下吃的也很多，酒店衞生打掃得很乾凈，設施齊全，總體感覺還不錯，值得一住。

位置就在貴大西校區北門，老闆人很熱情，提了想看到貴大操場，立馬幫着換了正對操場的那間房，退房那天還免費幫着保管行李，真的非常給力，下次去看孩子，還會再住這家店。

雖然小，但是挺滿意的，離貴大西校區僅一條馬路距離。住的樓層有點高，等電梯需要點時間。

來貴大和朋友見面，一開始路痴找不到公寓位置還有點擔心環境，但酒店自助入住和自動退房很方便，辦理入住的時候老闆還在旁邊周到熱情地為我推薦房間，於是選在了24層風景超級好的位置，非常激動地和朋友聚餐逛貴大的校園，享受了體驗感滿滿的投影，公寓衞生很好，一次性用品很齊全，打電話詢問都能得到很好的迴應，我的入住體驗非常好！最後，希望老闆生意興隆！
