Hotel Narayanam

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel due to the unprofessional conduct of the manager, Mr. Honey Bhargav. When I arrived with my wife for check-in, he insisted on seeing a marriage certificate even after we provided valid government IDs showing the same address. His tone and attitude were extremely rude and disrespectful. Because of his unacceptable behaviour, we decided not to check in and left the property. This is not the kind of treatment any guest deserves, especially from a manager who should set an example in hospitality. I strongly urge the hotel management to take appropriate action and ensure that staff are trained to treat guests with respect and proper etiquette.

Food was good. Room was clean. Room cleaning was not done. Water refills needed to be asked. There were few power cuts too.

I have stayed there staff is cooperative but as I took the breakfast and dinner package with stay.But it is very horrible when I went to took the food they told me that there no buffet system yau have to order the same and limit of dinner amount is rs 600,I fail to understand why there is capping of rs 600 and why you don't mention in terms and conditions during the bookin of hotel room.

Breakfast was bad room are clean and well maintanied but service is slow and poor. They should improve thr staff

We had to get our room changed when we found that mattresses of bed is damaged - springs coming out. Second room lot of stein marks in washroom. Food quality was average.

Th property is located in perfect location. Food and the services offered by the staff are very nice. Staff is very polite and helpful.
