"I stopped here for two nights en route back to my home in Malaysia. I arrived late, tired and utterly drained plus walking on crutches after surgery. Chris the doorman welcomed me and got my luggage to my room all with a smile and the young lady on reception (01.00am on morning of 13th July) made sure to ask all the questions to ensure my obvious disability issues were helped. A late check out was easily given but I want to highlight that I had my absolute best nights sleep in over 6 months and most definitely since my operation 2 weeks ago. Keep up the good work. "Excellent hotel with nice big rooms. Wonderful restaurant on the Mezzanine level. Staff very helpful. Well maintained and comprehensive gym on top floor. Went up to pool. Lifeguard on duty there. Enjoyed my two night stay here."

"The hotel is located in a high-end community in the city center. It is very easy to walk around. There are not many tourists, but there are many locals who come to consume. The location is very good. You can walk to the Waqif market. The breakfast is very good, with buffet and a la carte. The quality is good and the service is also very good. I said I lost my earplugs, and the hotel manager said he would send someone to buy me a pair, but I found it later and felt embarrassed. If there is a disadvantage, the facilities are a bit old. I am not used to the lack of smart toilets. There are generally no smart toilets here. In addition, the carpet is old. The air conditioner will automatically start after it is turned off. I called the front desk and they said they would come to adjust it, but it was not adjusted the next night, so I got up to turn off the air conditioner several times at night."

"What a super hotel and probably one of the best that we have ever stayed in! Hotel is extremely clean and modern, with all the facilities that you would need. Breakfast was amazing and staff went out of their way to make sure we felt like royalty! Our room was super nice and had a beautiful view overlooking the Doha Skyline - incredible. Staff were all amazing, always polite and helpful. Rooftop bar is great way to spend an evening with views overlooking Doha. Our best part was when we arrived early from the airport ( 9am) and we were taken to the breakfast room where we were given free tea and breakfast until our room was ready. What an amazing start - thankyou Alwady for an incredible holiday."

"Exceeded Expectations – Great Amenities and Comfort We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel felt modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed. What pleasantly surprised us the most was the high-quality set of toiletries — shampoo, conditioner, and body wash from Davines, plus even a facial cleanser from Comfort Zone. It’s rare to see such attention to detail. The staff were professional and welcoming, and overall, the experience felt well above average. Highly recommended!"

"Service at reception was a top level, I’m so grateful for warm welcome and for everything.we had great welcome drink and super smooth checkup. Location is amazing, few mins aways from everywhere you need to go. Have Chinese restaurant on 24 floor. Great view from hotel . Our son loved the pool, great that it was tented and we could enjoy it even through the hit. Only one thing which should be improved I think it’s the main restaurant. Hotel is selling breakfast + pool daily access so it’s super crowded and chaotic at main restaurant like a train station , the second day we were looking for table for 5 mins , which was not pleasant . Just having breakfast at main restaurant was tiring and stressful. I would suggest to don’t book breakfast and go to JW or Rotana hotel, which are like 100 m away. But besides that everything was perfect, it’s a great value for the money. Thank you so much ."

"We have stayed at this hotel almost every year either as Doha being our destination or a break point for onwards travel or return and all our experiences have been the best to say the least. However, as some say it takes one bad experience and all good ones get suppressed very quick. This stay, our first impression at the checkin left a bad taste to the experience. The hotel policy is that checkin is at 3pm and we know that from previous experience and booking details, however previously the staff were very polite in saying the room was wasn’t ready or they can check us in but a little later and on some occasions we were given a room early, however this time we were bluntly told checkin is at 3pm and to come back then. Baggage can be held. The checkin staff was either overwhelmed with work or angry about something but he did not show professionalism. He was getting upset with another staff member and was bluntly rude. Dashed off in the back telling another staff to stay in the front. We left our baggage and came back at 1.30pm with another staff at checkin and was allocated a room straight away and infect got an upgrade. I made the comment that I wish she was there earlier with him standing next to her. His reaction was, ‘sorry to keep you waiting’. I don’t think that was genuinely said as he had no sincerity in it and straight away start d chatting to some ladies that were on the counter. Room was good but we got a joining room and I don’t like those rooms as you can almost hear everything from the other room as the door is the only barrier. As the stay was for 2 nights, I wasn’t going to create any fuse. The amenities in the room like soap, shower gel etc is still in small pack, so if you and your partner have a shower once, you’ll have to call to get another set or buy some yourselves. I would have expected better. Bed and pillows comfortable. A/C was quiet but it seemed to go into power saving mode in the middle of the night as you would wake up hot and sweaty but after a couple of minutes it would cool up again. Breakfast was booked as part of the booking and as usual, it was very well catered. Lots of variety and good quality. Staff were excellent and did everything to impress. Overall, location is excellent and rooms are nice but starting to show it’s age. Would I return, maybe. There was a time I could say definitely and would recommend the hotel eyes closed but this experience has led to think that I should try other hotels in the vicinity as I feel the quality would or could be better. Other staff such as bell boys and coffee staff at checkin were excellent and very helpful. I wish I had a better checkin experience."
