Broadbeach Hotels with Gym

Extremely close to the beach, about a 5-minute walk. The apartment comes with a parking space, which is super convenient for self-driving. The lady at the front desk was very kind and helpful. A very pleasant stay overall.

Comfortable, Liveable Stay in a Prime Location Avani Residences works particularly well if you want a proper apartment rather than a standard hotel room. The residence-style layout makes it far more liveable, especially for stays longer than a night or two. The apartment had good internal space, a usable balcony, and modern fittings throughout. A real highlight was having full laundry facilities – washing machine and dryer – which made it easy to deal with wet swimwear and beach towels. The fully equipped kitchen, including a breakfast bench, was practical and well set up rather than decorative. Location-wise, it’s excellent. The building sits opposite the new casino precinct developments, diagonally across from Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, and only a short walk to the tram stop, making it easy to get around without a car. Broadbeach itself feels more relaxed than Surfers Paradise, and the beach here is currently in better condition, with Surfers losing a fair bit of sand after Cyclone Albert. The complex itself is modern and well maintained, with a pool, small gym, and a clubhouse-style bar/restaurant. It’s also close to other new developments in Broadbeach, so the area feels fresh and active without being chaotic. Overall, a strong choice if you value space, self-sufficiency, and location, and prefer an apartment-style stay over a traditional hotel experience.

The hotel is wide, there is a terrace, the scenery is beautiful, but the lighting is relatively dim, you can consider adding some lights, especially the kitchen location is convenient for cooking, other facilities are very good!

It was blocked by a construction building by the sea, sad 💔. You can also see some sea views, the overall convenience, and you can walk to the beach in a few minutes. There are three rooms, the whole is relatively quiet, there are 2 households on the first floor, that is, the front desk sister arrives at work, and you have to communicate in advance if you need it. There is a pool gym sauna, and the back door is closer to the beach. The Gold Coast is really beautiful ❤️

There was a cockroach in the room! Our stay started off fairly well, but everything changed that evening when I spotted a small cockroach crawling across the desk. I immediately trapped it with my son’s face mask and crushed it with all my strength. After that, I couldn’t stop worrying that there might be more hiding somewhere in the room, so we closed up all of our suitcases to avoid any unwanted surprises. When I checked out the next morning, I showed the photo to the receptionist. She simply went, “Oh…” in surprise, and that was it. There was no apology, no explanation, and no attempt to address the issue. I didn’t ask for any compensation—I just checked out and left. Finding a cockroach is unpleasant enough, but the complete lack of response from the hotel was even more disappointing.

We had a confirmed booking from Trip.com but when we arrived at reception they did not have our booking. It was not Trip’s fault as apparently an intermediate company bungled the booking. The Blues fest was on so everything was booked out for 100km2. Fortunately the very kind manager at the Phoenician miraculously found a 1 br apartment for us and saved the holiday. The hotel is lovely and very central. Cannot fault it but confirm your booking directly with the hotel

We enjoyed our stay at the Aria apartment. It's in a Great Location with a great view; however, the noise of the large bins being collected in the street each morning at 6:30 a.m did spoil our sleep-ins. The most disappointing factor was the smell of the bathroom towels. I suggest a note to the company about laundering the towels.

The hotel was very good. The room had a small kitchen and it was great. I think the hotel service is good. Good transportation.

Stayed in Unit 1902 and loved it. Great views and the location is so convenient the car wasn't needed. The reception staff were friendly and helpful with any questions. I can't wait to visit again
